UPDATE (march, 2021): After watching THIS VIDEO which I had been unable to watch for 3 years, I think the level of cruelty I experienced is enough to name names... アイ英会話スクール 東久留米 (Ai English School Higashikurume); the manager was Suzuki Noriko and her daughter is Suzuki Takako (鈴木 則子 & 鈴木 貴子).
